Dr. Xing Zheng Wu is currently working as an associate professor in the civil engineering department of Hebei University in Baoding, China. His research interests focus on stability analysis of geostructures, numerical modelling of soil structure interaction, coastal cliff-beach erosion and hydraulic structures, flood risk mitigation measures, uncertainty quantification and reliability analysis in geotechnical and coastal engineering. Dr. Wu has published more than 30 journal papers by the first author in international journals, who is the Editor-in-Chief of the Insight - Civil Engineering. He has served as an active reviewer for more than 45 international journals and he is a member of the editorial board of more than 10 journals.

Dr. Marsha Anderson Bomar is the Transportation Strategic Advisor at GHD, Inc. and former Interim Commissioner of the Atlanta Department of Transportation. She previously served as Assistant General Manager for Capital Program Delivery at MARTA and founded Street Smarts, Inc. and Data Smarts, Inc., both later acquired by Stantec. A distinguished leader in transportation engineering, she is the Global President of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), International Past President of the Institute of Transportation Professionals, and Past President of ASCE’s Transportation & Development Institute. She has also served on the Transportation Research Board Executive Committee representing the National Academy of Engineering. Dr. Anderson Bomar holds degrees in Mathematics, Transportation Planning and Engineering, Civil Engineering, and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia. She is widely recognized for her outstanding contributions to transportation infrastructure, engineering leadership, and public service.

Dr. Ephraim Suhir is a Research Affiliate at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Research Professor at Portland State University, Visiting Professor at the University of Bordeaux, France, and CEO of ERS Co., California, USA. He is a Foreign Full Member of the National Academy of Engineering of Ukraine and a Life Fellow of IEEE, ASME, SPIE, and IMAPS, as well as a Fellow of APS, the Institute of Physics (UK), and SPE. With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, Dr. Suhir has authored more than 500 scientific publications and made pioneering contributions to reliability engineering, analytical modeling, electronic and photonic systems, and applied mechanics. His research has significantly influenced the fields of microelectronics, aerospace, and reliability physics. He has received numerous prestigious international honors, including the IEEE Electronic Packaging Society Field Award, the ASME Worcester Reed Warner Medal, and the IMAPS Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his exceptional contributions to engineering research and innovation.

Dr. Prabowo is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Tarumanagara, Indonesia, teaching in both undergraduate and postgraduate Civil Engineering programs. He earned his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of Hong Kong under the prestigious Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme. His research interests include green construction materials, cold-formed steel structures, modular steel design, and seismic and fire-resistant structural systems. He actively contributes to the academic community as an Editor-in-Chief, guest editor, and reviewer for several reputed international journals. Dr. Prabowo has also played key roles in international conferences, serving as Co-Chair and committee member in various global events.

Rodolfo Labernarda is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Calabria (Rende, Italy). He obtained a PhD in Civil and Industrial Engineering at the University of Calabria (Rende, Italy). He is part of the research group of Structural and Earthquake Engineering led by Prof. Fabio Mazza. His main interests relate to the design procedures, the simulation, and the numerical analysis of isolation systems for structures, consisting of elastomeric and sliding bearings. Another field of interest relates to the supplemental dissipation as a retrofitting technique for buildings. He is also dealing with how the exposure to degradation phenomena of FRCM strengthening systems affects the seismic vulnerability of retrofitted masonry buildings. He has served as reviewer for many international scientific journals. He has also served as editorial board member for various international scientific journals.

Dr. Firas Al Mahmoud is a senior academic (Professor at Lorraine University, France) specializing in structural engineering. He holds a PhD in strengthening of reinforced concrete structures from INSA Toulouse and an HDR (2016). His research focuses on sustainable materials, structural rehabilitation, and innovative strengthening techniques using fiber-reinforced polymers. He has served as Head of the Civil Engineering Department and actively contributes as an editor, reviewer, and supervisor of postgraduate research.

Celestino Soddu is a renowned architect and senior academic, serving as Professor of Architectural Design at Politecnico di Milano, Italy. He is the founder and former Director of the Generative Design Lab and a pioneer in the field of Generative Design and Generative Art. With decades of experience in architecture, urban design, and computational design, his research focuses on AI-driven generative processes, morphogenetic design, and complex systems in architecture. He is also the Chairman of the international Generative Art Conference and has contributed extensively to global research, teaching, and innovation in design technologies.

Dr. Elsaid M. M. Zahran is an academic and researcher in civil and environmental engineering, with expertise in sustainable infrastructure, waste-derived materials, and circular-economy approaches for the built environment. He is currently based at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, where he contributes to teaching and research in construction materials, environmental systems, and engineering sustainability. His work focuses on developing and assessing innovative materials and technologies that reduce the environmental footprint of construction, including the reuse of industrial by-products and waste streams. Dr. Zahran has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and has collaborated with interdisciplinary teams on applied studies linking engineering practice with environmental policy and resource efficiency. He regularly serves as a peer reviewer for international journals and conferences and is committed to supporting high-quality research dissemination and impactful academic exchange in waste management and recycling.

Dr. Theodoros Chrysanidis is a Civil Engineer and Assistant Professor at the University of Thessaly, Greece. He holds a Ph.D. from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has over 20 years of experience in structural engineering, with expertise in reinforced concrete, earthquake engineering, and structural dynamics. He has extensive academic and teaching experience across leading universities and has authored over 120 publications in international journals and conferences, contributing significantly to the global research community.
